The price applicable to any space booking or membership will be the price in effect at the time the booking is finalized and will be confirmed in your reservation confirmation email or notice. From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or special packages. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and other supported payment methods displayed at checkout or at our front desk. All transactions are processed in the displayed local currency unless otherwise stated.

Payment Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  1. All payment information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.

  2. You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method for the transaction.

  3. All charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.

  4. You agree to pay all amounts due, including the listed price of the bookings or memberships, as well as any applicable taxes, facility fees, or incidental damage charges.

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination shall remain in full force and effect, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, venue liability, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and any other clauses that are intended to continue after termination.


SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mnky Bzns, including its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, and partners, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or our physical facilities.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or business opportunities.

  • Theft, loss, or damage to any personal belongings, equipment, or properties brought into our podcast rooms, studios, desks, offices, or event spaces by you or your guests.

  • Any injuries, accidents, or health-related incidents occurring within our premises.

  • Technical interruptions, including internet/Wi-Fi outages, power failures affecting recording sessions, or booking software downtime.

These limitations apply whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


SECTION 10 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mnky Bzns, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

  1. Your breach of these Terms or any documents incorporated by reference.

  2. Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

  3. Your conduct, or the conduct of your guests and attendees, while inside our physical rental spaces and coworking facilities.

We will notify you of any such claim, provided that any delay in notification shall not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may assume control of the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including selection of legal counsel. You agree to fully cooperate in the defense of any indemnified claim and to provide all necessary information and documents upon request.


SECTION 11 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. Any invalid or unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms.


SECTION 12 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with any facility guidelines, studio rules, or refund policies posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mnky Bzns regarding your use of the Services, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or communications, whether written or oral.

Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Mnky Bzns, and any attempt to do so shall be null and void. We may freely assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms, in whole or in part, without notice or consent.


SECTION 14 – FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, power failures, building-wide utility outages, internet or telecommunications outages, epidemics or pandemics, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

In such circumstances, our obligations (such as fulfilling a studio reservation) shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we shall resume performance or issue appropriate space credits as soon as reasonably practicable once the event has ended.


SECTION 15 – GOVERNING LAW

Lebanon shall be considered the country of domicile for Mnky Bzns. These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements under which Services are provided to you, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. You and Mnky Bzns agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
