At Mnky Bzns, we want to ensure a smooth and flexible experience for booking our spaces (including Podcast Rooms, Studios, Coworking, Meeting Rooms, and Event rooms). Please review our policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and exchanges below before finalizing your booking.


1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for space bookings subject to strict time windows:

  • Eligible for Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you request a cancellation and refund more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking date and time.

  • Not Eligible for Refund: No refunds will be available or issued if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking date and time.

Processing Approved Refunds: Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow [5 to 10] business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are always permitted at any time. You are welcome to cancel a booking whenever necessary.

  • However, please note that while you can cancel at any time, a monetary refund is only granted if the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the booking time, as outlined in Section 1.

  • To cancel a booking, please process it through your user dashboard.


3. Exchange Policy

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need to change a booking, you must cancel it in accordance with our cancellation policy and place a new reservation online.


4. General Conditions

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your booked studio or room session without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full amount, and no refund or rescheduling will be permitted.

  • We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time to meet operational requirements. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
